Wonderful Anniversary Celebration

anniversary champagnesurprise arrangement
We stayed in an Executive Opera House City Twin room. A bottle of champagne on ice was arranged for us as a surprise. Jocelyn at reception arranged this lovely thought for our anniversary.
I have no complaints.

harbour viewearly check-in
The hotel offers a large room with a view of the Harbour Bridge. The room on floor nine had a great view. I enjoyed dinner at Altitude on the 36th floor. It was amazing. The early check-in was convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic.
I found that the lifts stopped at every floor. This was not efficient.

acceptable breakfastslow liftsinconsistent servicing
the breakfast was fine, though there were often queues.
The lifts were quite slow. Sometimes they felt overcrowded. the room servicing was inconsistent. i found that the room hadn't been cleaned one day, and it was annoying to have to request it specifically at reception.
